Re-promoting a Sharepoint Site Page as a News ??

Here is the case :

1/ I Promote a Site page as a News --> the Site Page appears in the list of News from News Webpart

2/ Some days, weeks, months later ... I make an update of the site page, I want to promote it again via a NEWS. How to do that easily ?

Intuitively, I would like to :

- promote the existing News to TOP of News list

- promote AGAIN the page as a News via "Promote" button

None of these action seems possible. Does anyone as a clue ?
