Please help! ALL Modern pages impacted | SharePoint spacing issue
+1 from a University in Australia. This really is making content undesirable to read right now.

The corrected spacing between paragraphs is a fix we implemented to return to previous modern page spacing, fixing a bug we introduced while making a performance improvement in late 2020. At that time, we removed virtually all space between paragraphs, making reading quite difficult for many users.
Our design team discovered this issue in late March, and we've been slowly rolling out the bug fix for the last few months. We recently moved to the final phase of the flight roll-out from 50% to 100% WW.
Here's is a comparison picture of the current (and previous spacing on modern pages), and the brief time when we had extremely tight spacing introduced by the performance optimization.

If the fix somehow introduced some other spacing oddness, we're unaware of, please let us know.
The intended fix adds back spacing between all paragraphs. fyi Bruno Aleixo

The example you have provided that you present as the 'fixed' version of spacing does not match the actual spacing we are seeing all over our SharePoint Online tenant.

This is me letting you know that what you present doesn't match what we're seeing and that we're still seeing 'spacing oddness' that needs to be addressed.
James Mountfordand others have already provided plenty of examples of this but it appears that no one is listening. (Thanks James for sharing the Business Impact Statement earlier)
This is the latest response we provided this morning in regard to our incident raised with MS after being told that everything is by design:
