Picture Library not display in new apps in sharepoint sites

Now while I create apps in Sharepoint only Document library displays. Earlier it was shown multiple apps. In that picture library was also available but now it is not appears.

What is the reason and how can it be used as picture library so that no requirement of Check-In and Check-Out.
