O365 SharePoint Access Request

I've seen quite a few issues in the past couple days where the Approve/Reject Button for some SharePoint sites is gone.  The Access Request screen shows the pending requests but no way to approve or reject them.  

Any thoughts?

No, at that time it was reported issue in the Health Advisory section of the admin center.
