Not able to save list and libray as a template including content in SharePoint Online
We are trying to save list as template which includes content about 150 MB and have same issue at Library having 565 MB.
We are getting below error.

- Is the answer not in the error message? You cannot save as a template if the size exceeds 52MB, you're trying to save more than that.

I know it may not help, but the documentation says the limit is 50MB (as you know https://support.office.com/en-us/article/manage-list-templates-c3884ad1-bc49-44b8-b3d6-3bc6a01eb393) Maybe there is a little leeway hence your successful 90MB. Try opening a ticket, they may help you with this. But as Dean_Gross says there are other ways to achieve this.
What other ways are there to easily acheive this?

- As Dean says, I would recommend to avoid this kind of creating templates for lists and document libraries...by the way, in regards of your problem there is nothing you can do...you are exceeding a limit that cannot be relaxed
