Multiple Overdue columns

Hi all,

i have tried various post but i have become stuck , rather than share the mess i have done please can anyone advise . i have a list with a document that needs 3 stages of apporval and needs to show when each one is over due

Manager 1 recvieves it and has 14 days to send to manager 2 or its over due.
