Moving folders between libraries - stuck at 50%

I'm trying to move folders between two sites. It's not a whole lot of folders, but the progress bar shows "moving 1 item" and it's 50% , and doesn't seem to give any indication at all of when the move is going to be completed.

What's the number of items and size of them that you want to move? Depending on that number and size, you might be hitting some limits here

@agneum Same problem here. One Move is 18 557 files in  2903 Folders - 95.1GB

Stuck at 50%-

If I was "hitting limits" shouldn't there be an error message?

You are certainly hitting the unspoken limits. The earth will be engulfed by the sun before such a transfer on SharePoint would be complete.
