Microsoft Lists App on iPhone do not recognize number input

I've created a list in Microsoft Lists and it works as intended on my laptop but when trying to register a new item on my iPhone the app tells me that only numbers can go in one of the data fields.

I've inputted 869 as an example and I can't see why it doesn't recognize this as a number.

Anyone knows if this is a common issue or if there might be something I'm doing wrong?
