Making OneDrive links last longer or be renewable?
At my school teachers have used onedrive links to build QR codes that are then used in books or on posters. The problem is now that OneDrive / SharePoint link have a maximum lifetime of 730 days those QR codes start failing. Is there anyway to allow a user to make a forever link or to renew the existing link so it keeps working without changing? If the link changes then the QR code changes and then they have to redo all the work.

- AFAIK, there is not way to make a forever link....when you create a sharing link, you can define when it will expire and this is a one time operation...once you create a link, there is not way (to my knowledge) to change the expiration date
- I have just cheched this and I think there is an option to modify going to the Advanced settings for the file you have shared....in the Advanced settings page (classic look and feell) you can customize the lifetime to the value you need
