Location Column Issue in SharePoint Online

Hi all

I'm not sure why I'm having an issue with creating a Location column in SPO.
I've attached a screenshot of the error message. Has anyone experienced this before?
If so, how did you resolve it?

Also... I've tried going into List Settings to add the column, but it doesn't seem like 'Location' is an option when doing it that way... strange!

Any assistance is much appreciated.
