How to edit the look of 'News you might have missed'

I've just received my first 'News you might have missed email'.

It looks clean enough, but my major gripe is that headlines come out as 

This-is-my-news-article.aspx

instead of 

This is my news article

I couldn't see options on the news articles themselves to provide a title - or any kind of bulletin designer. Am I missing something?
