How to copy SharePoint Online list to a new SP Online site

What about exporting the list a Excel file and recreate the list from that Excel?
I'm trying to avoid that if possible as it's around 3000 cells to fill in. If there are no other options, that's what I'll have to do because I need to get the content moved over. Thanks!
