Help with JSON Conditional Formatting with Dates

Hello, 

I am trying to get my columns in my MS Lists to be conditionally formatted to the pill shape with red, yellow, and green values. I need them to change colors based on if the date in the field as follows:

 90+ days away = Green

 = < 60 days away = Yellow

= < 30 days away = Red 

I have been doing research on the opperands and conditional formatting and have only found code that turns my entire column text red and it isn't based on the dates I have entered.
