Hi,
Cant get my head round this.
I have 3 lists.
List 1: Course Catalogue
List 2: Trainer Skills
List 3: Skills List
Within the course catalogue, I have a column called “Required Skills” and Another “Authorised Trainer”
Within the Trainer Skills list I have columns for “Trainer (Person field)”, “TrainerID (Email from Trainer via Flow)” and “Skills” (Lookup from Skills List).
What I want is to show, in the “Authorised Trainers” column of List1, is all the trainers with the skills that match the required skills.
Any way to achieve this without power automate?
