Expired Y or N calculated based on date column and fixed date
I have a column "ExpirationDate" and I would like to automatically fill the "Expired" column with Y or N based on a fixed date.
I have tried several different calculation formulas, but they all say either Y or N, rather than correctly.
Example:
Fixed Date is 3/31/21
ExpirationDate-------Expired
3/1/2021------------------Y
4/15/2021-----------------N

- I did not want to add another column, so had to hard code 44286 instead of the 3/31/2021 date.
