Event.aspx customization
Hello Alan, thanks for your reply.
But what about to manage that modification on Modern experience? If is not possible to modify system pages, should we create a brand new modern webpart?
- Alan MarshallSep 18, 2017Iron ContributorI would consider using a PowerApp then instead of building a custom webpart. You can add a calendar list as a data source, you just need to type the list name when adding the data connection as only custom lists show. You can then handle the add to calendar through the PowerApp button and probably Flow to add to calendar of user.

Thanks Alan for suggestion, but proceeding in that way will exclude the usage of the brand new modern webpart "Events", right?
I mean, we cannot edit this component

I've also interest in this page, I don't necessarily want to modify the look and feel of the page, but would like to remove and add controls. I've created a custom content type and nothing has changed.
I've a PowerApps application that allows people to add themselves to an event. I'd like to add the Presenter as well as the Seats Available and have not found a way to do that. If I open the calendar and select New Item, the content type is correct with the additional items. If I add the Event Calendar as a webpart and from that webpart select "create an event" an event page launches without the controls I've added. It would be nice if Content Type were added to the Events Web Part.
