Embed Code including Plus sign

Above is the code I'm trying to use to embed a PowerApp into a SharePoint page.  It works perfectly on every other option/acronym I try.  It would "seem" that the plus (+) symbol is the issue.  However, AI continues to tell me I can use the Plus (+) sign in an embed code. 

Can someone help me clarify and/or correct this?   Is there some way I can adapt so I can use a Plus(+) symbol within an embed code.
