Edit SharePoint List at the same time

Hello SharePoint Community,

i have a question regarding a SharePoint List. 

I created a SharePoint List. You can edit the elements with a PowerApps Forms i created.

Now my question. If multiple users edit a element, it can lead to incorrect information being entered in the columns. How can i avoid that, is there a way to lock the element when its being edited?
