Documented list of Sharepoint Online vs Current versions
Does anyone have a documented list of differences between Sharepoint Online (2016) and current Versions

- SP 2016 was created by taking a snapshot of SPOnline code a few months ago, MS recently did that again to create Feature Pack 1 for 2016 that will provide some more of the features from SPO to 2016. This approach will continue.
Some of the biggest differences between the 2 are outside of the SP core services, i.e, O365 provides Delve, and many security related services that you can't get on-prem.- Agree with Dean...what we can expect is more and more hybrid stuff coming to SharePoint OnPremises so we can have OnPrem information but on SPO
