Customize Mega Menus in SharePoint Online (SPO)
Is it possible to customize the mega menus in SPO? They are very clunky, disappear easily, and are not really 'mega' at all... terrible usability.
Anyone have any suggestions?

They are a bit clunky but better then not having them. It is not possible to change them out of the box.
There are some options using the SharePoint framework which I haven't used - https://github.com/SharePoint/sp-dev-fx-extensions/tree/master/samples/react-mega-menu .
