Communication site - cannot delete
Im the global admin and also listed as a site owner. I can get to the delete site settings and click the button but it then tells me I dont have access. Anyone else seen this issue?
- It's working as expected for me...open a support ticket so Microsoft can evaluate if something is wrong in your tenant

- Check that you are also a site collection administrator for the associated collection.

- Support ended up running the delete site through powershell to get it to work. They had no answer as to why it failed in the first place.
