cant add an external member to sharepoint site
How can I add an external user to my company's sharepoint site. The user I want to add was a member before but no I cannot add him.

- Because you are adding him to an Office 365 Group (which in turn gives him access to the SharePoint site associated with the Group), as a Guest, he needs to be added to that Group either via the Outlook interface, or in the admin portal https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/groups
