Can users be given permission to change their own web parts?
Hi.
The landing page for our employees will contain links, news, and some other web parts. Is it possible to configure SPO so that users can modify the web parts themself, so that for example user A can put her own links in the links web parts, while user B put some other links?

kenneho no it isn't. You can add a web part to display the current user's recent activity but the sort of personalisation you are describing isn't possible yet.
