Autopopulate and update collumns

Hello,

Pretty new to the whole sharepoint and currently working on a site. I currently have a list populated by items and a document list (so far empty). I'm wondering how I can simply get the collumns (and info) from the item and dynamically update it to the document collumns.

The goal should be that if the item list updates the document list updates too. I'm currently using single, multi and choice fields.
