Approved News Posts are still "Pending".

I'm trying to figure out why news pages are being "approved" / showing as approved in Approvals but are still showing as Pending / Promoted Status 1 in Site Pages.   

When I open the page and select "Review Approvals", it shows "No received requests". 

When I go to Edit the page, it shows "This page is pending approval."

Anyone know where else I could post online to get help for this issue?

Hi @Anthony-123 - are you looking in the Pages library at the approve/reject view? Alternatively, if you go to https://make.powerautomate.com and click on Approvals in the left nav, is it there? If you open the workflow, does it show any recent runs?

I'm looking at make.powerautomate and in Teams under Approvals where it shows the item as Approved.
I'm looking in the Pages Library where it shows the item as Pending.
Checking on the workflow is a good thought! It appears there was a Bad gateway error.

Is the same result for all page authors? Maybe add authors as 'run only' on that flow users and see if that helps?

After MUCH testing and trial and error, I found that enabling the permission "Approve Items - Approve a minor version of a list item or document." was required to resolve the issue. 

This is especially confusing being that (1) they're not approving items and (2) they are able to post on other sites that do not have this permission enabled.
