Syncing Ticketing System with Sharepoint and OneDrive

Good Day all,

 

I am currently trying create a ticketing system using power automate.

 

Collection of Responses using Microsoft Forms > Microsoft SharePoint Lists > OneDrive (synced)

 

I have managed to complete the first two processes but can't seemed to sync the SharePoint Lists to OneDrive as I would like to provide user access to the OneDrive folder instead of providing access to the SharePoint.

@yukyo You might want to look at Power Apps. I built our IT Ticketing System with Power Apps as the front end and SharePoint as the back end with Power Automate handling various aspects.. The engineers use the SharePoint list (with customised Power Apps forms) but the users only see their own tickets in the Power Apps web part on a SharePoint page.
