yukyo You might want to look at Power Apps. I built our IT Ticketing System with Power Apps as the front end and SharePoint as the back end with Power Automate handling various aspects.. The engineers use the SharePoint list (with customised Power Apps forms) but the users only see their own tickets in the Power Apps web part on a SharePoint page.
