I have a manually triggered Power Automate flow in a SharePoint library that will, for a selected file, update file contents and file name with those of a new file after approval is given.
I have recently had some odd occasions where this flow has failed at the renaming step. The error details say that a file with the same name already exists, but it does not. I've searched the whole library to be sure. It also doesn't make sense because a previous step in the flow checks the library for a file of the same name and will terminate the flow if it finds one (sending an email notification to the user). Looking at the failed flow, it completed this check and found no file of the same name.
Some screen shots below to help explain the issue further.
Error message copied and pasted below (some address details replaced with xxx for privacy):
"message": "A file with the name
/xxx/xxx/xxx/DocumentDistribution/633800-B.DXF already exists.

Any ideas what could be the issue?
