Drop Down with Multiple Selections Works but only shows Last Selected in SharePoint List

Hello, I am creating a form based on a SharePoint list. I have everything working perfect except for two items that contain multiple selection drop down boxes. I can select all the desired selections but when I view the list it only shows the last item selected. I have been searching but have not found a solution. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is it that the other selected items just don't fit in your text box?  A lot of those fields in PowerApps do not auto-size and so it may be that you just need to increase the size of your field.
