Planner limits -official documentation

hi does anyone have any official documentation on planner limits? we create several dashboards with service accounts, which works great however there 'seems' to be a 1500 task limit per user, which renders our solution unworkable. We cannot find any official documentation, does anyone know of such documentation on the planner limits?

I am looking for the same update.  Has any of the limits changed since this was posted in Jan of 2019.
