Planner - Assigned to Me - Buckets

In individual Planner Plans I use the standard 5 Agile headings (Not Started, Next Up, In Progress, Blocked, Completed). But when I go to Assigned to Me they are randomly allocated to three pre-set buckets.  Can I get that view to pull through my 5 buckets?  If so, how?

  • Hi Louise_Livesey,

unfortunately the "Assigned to Me" view currently only supports 3 pre-set buckets and cannot be customized.

In Planner, the "Assigned to Me" view displays tasks across three default buckets: "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done."

I advise you to make a Feature Request to Microsoft. Here is how you can do that:

    - Click the Settings icon

    - Under "Planner" click "Send Planner feedback".

    - This opens "Send Feedback to Microsoft"

    - Click on "I have a suggestion"
