Copying Plan / Plan Template

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know a good / simple work-around for how to create a planner template, or to copy a plan within an existing group?  We are adapting our business to work remotely and can no longer wait for this function to be implemented by Microsoft (its been years!). If not we'll have to migrate to another software.
