Why is it so hard to get verified? | Microsoft Partner Center
JillArmourMicrosoftRamiRamiRami
We now have five tickets. We have provided all the required proof everywhere. Countless times.
Support doesn't read the emails and just keeps sending the same requests. They don't care. No matter how often we provide the documents, whether by email or via the system, in whatever language, in whatever format.
Here is an overview of the messages.
They send more or less one request per day. We reply immediately. The next day, our email is either completely ignored and we are asked for exactly the same thing or they ask for a completely different, random document.
Recently, they sometimes claim that they cannot open PDF files that we have uploaded several times for weeks, which is simply a lie.
We have had nothing but good experiences with Microsoft support for years. Until now. How can it be that these people work for Microsoft at all? That's not support. They're playing games there and must be laughing their heads off at the fact that they're requesting the invoice for the domain for the 10th time.
JillArmourMicrosoft We would greatly appreciate your help if there is anything you can do.

RamiRamiRami I'm pretty much in the same situation
At least you've started the verification process. I've read all the topics here and filled everything out perfectly, but my verification hasn't started at all. The status is “Pending” for over a month.I've opened 3 cases like you and have not gotten a single response. Only a couple of replies “We will let you know when the information will be available”. All my subsequent messages are simply ignored and unanswered.
I went through the verification of the company to get an EV certificate, and now I can not even start verification in the Partner

Match the domain name with your company name, for us this immediately authorised us, and having the name of the owner in the contact email also helped it seems.
> "They send more or less one request per day."
Don't do that!!! They seem to follow that scheme and even if it's only closing a ticket they will only do one thing a day. So they will just randomly pick one message and write please submit a document. Close those tickets and only open one ticket again.
I'm trying to tell them what to do instead of solving problems by themselves, since they have no idea. We are fully verified but cannot join the hardware program due to a database issue on their side. So I gave them the homework to remove us from the hardware program and release our certificate entry so we can (hopefully) re-register that program.
So far this is my disastrous conclusion when checking the forum posts here.
I think the people who are in charge of the verification do not have the ability to solve the real problems they do not even have access to the portal code (otherwise why won't they tell why verification has failed for some people).
For us the portal says we're fully authorised (including green tick) yet their support guy told us we should click the fix me button- RamiRamiRamiOct 01, 2024Brass ContributorAfter all this pain, we simply changed the email domain we were using and were verified within seconds... I hope this helps someone.
