Hi JillArmour also not getting anywhere with support tickets for verification. I'm confident it's the right documents but the notes in the tickets are being ignored as just getting automated responses weeks after adding a note. Getting nowhere

ClintonMckillop I am sorry for your troubles but unfortunately I am not part of the support team and I don't have access to their systems to check status. I have tried reaching out to them but they have stopped responding to me, so I am sorry to say I can be of no help to you here. 😞
