Verification - Support
Dear Jill,
Hope you are well!
I submitted additional documents for the verification process the shows the domain ownership with ticket number 2305140040000184 and also this one 2304140040005044 but i am yet to get any feedback or reply from microsoft support, grateful if i could be helped on this

- Having the same problems here. 4 support tickets outstanding and no response from Microsoft. It's been over a month now.

Like many I am having a problem getting verified, #2306080040004199 anything that can be done to "nudge" the process would be appreciated.
- Hi JillArmour also not getting anywhere with support tickets for verification. I'm confident it's the right documents but the notes in the tickets are being ignored as just getting automated responses weeks after adding a note. Getting nowhere

ClintonMckillop I am sorry for your troubles but unfortunately I am not part of the support team and I don't have access to their systems to check status. I have tried reaching out to them but they have stopped responding to me, so I am sorry to say I can be of no help to you here. 😞

I am having the same issue. I am failing to upload my business certificate and letter from my lawyer under legal info. I raised a ticked but no response or anything. Please assist as I am trying to onboard clients and make a living out of this program. Ticket number 2305270040000270
