MJvdM have your tried a different browser? Perhaps that is the issue?

Hello JillArmourMicrosoft

Yes, actually tried 3, Chrome, Edge and Firefox, normal and incognito mode. Even fired up a Linux VM and used both Chrome and Firefiox

    MJvdM I think you have to create an account to submit a ticket, otherwise they won't know who to contact for the ticket. Can you try to create an account? See if that works?
