Word to Outlook email tables & images troubleshooting

Hi there! 

I've created an email newsletter template in Word using tables and some cells have background images.

When I send a test email, the images look fine but scrolling up & down they cut off on the right. 

Any ideas why it would be doing this or how to fix it?
