Spam/Hack/Phishing?

I received the following email a few minutes ago:

From: MS-Support Centre <outlook_A2990F9CE77AA9F7@outlook.com>
Sent: Tuesday, January 28, 2020 10:16 AM
Subject: Account unusual sign-in activity

 

I suspect it to be a scam, but am not sure.  Has anyone else seen this before?

    Call them, they will only ask you for your CC details 🙂 It's a scam, Microsoft will never ask you to call a number directly.

    g1R2h3m4 I am very sad to see what you are experiencing.
    Hacking sometimes does harm other people. I can't help you much, because I only know about Cara Hack IG. Which my friend once used to hack Instagram accounts.
    But I've heard stories from my friend's experience that it can be overcome in many ways.
    One of them uses the Forgot Password method. Or maybe answer the Security Question as well. Also Two Factor Authentication.
