We have always used the "Resend" functionality and in fact customize Ribbons to add this as a button.
Recently it seems that icon customization was deleted from our toolbars ("Ribbons" if you must). Very annoying. After some deep digging it seems we can still add the icon back, but it always appears disabled / non-functional.
Has this functionality been killed on purpose, or is it one of those things that MS has broken accidentally and it will be fixed again?
