Outlook on a terminal sever

If second Exchange email account (without license for Microsoft 365 apps) is added in Outlook on a terminal server), Outlook cannot be licensed correctly because they always try to use the license from the wrong account. Checked in Outlook and Word and there is no info about the product license.
