So sorry that you are still seeing that message when you try to "Sync" your email addresses... I had to deal with that since December 2023, but now it is gone and everything has returned to normal... I hope that soon yours will be fixed also... But I did do an online chat with the Microsoft Tech, and also I let him connect remotely to my computer so that he could see exactly what I was talking about, so perhaps that is the reason why I was able to resolve my problem...
