Outlook Calendar access on IPHONE

I have a large personal Outlook calendar that I am managing on my laptop. I have an AOL.com email account that I have setup in Outlook to manage my mail. I would like to view and manage the Outlook calendar using my IPHONE 11. I understand one of the options available to me is to install the Outlook app on my IPHONE.

But when I  select the email account type should I select Exchange and type in the AOL.com email address or do I need to have an outlook.com account. I am using Office 365.

@kenneth2411 You need to have an outlook.com or office 365 exchange online (business account) to sync outlook desktop calendar to the phone.
