Outlook 2013 shortcut icon @ taskbar disappeared

Hi Support,

I have user after upgraded her Office from 2010 to 2013, but her Outlook 2013 shortcut icon @ taskbar is disappeared after tomorrow.

Checked, Hide When Minimised is unchecked

Windows 10 Professional OS

Can anyone advise ？

@victor2019 If you launch Outlook then right click the Outlook icon on the Taskbar and select Pin to Taskbar, does the icon then remain on the Taskbar after you close Outlook?
