For years I have used TouchDown from Nitrodesk/Symantec because I am broadcast engineer and I'm on call for off-air emergencies. TouchDown provides a very nice Rules feature that allows custom notifications, such as selecting custom ringtones, custom vibrate patterns, and a 'nag' until acknowledged, etc. These are critical tools for me so I am woken up in the middle of the night for emergencies.
I wish Microsoft would add similar features/functions to the Outlook app because right now I have found no such capabilities. I've played around with the Power Automate functions but the mobile app is also lacking the same notifications capabilities plus even when set to send Push notifications the notifications typically lag 1 - 2 minutes behind the Push emails.
Any suggestions or ideas?
