Microsoft outlook notification

Notification box when sending email says:

"The operation cannot be performed because the message has been changed." and 

"The operation cannot be performed because the subject has been changed."

There must be a one click setting which I cannot find. Please help. This kind of thing do not appear from my outlook before. It is ridiculous that you don't edit your email.
