So my dad created an outlook account few years back where he didn't add any recovery mail and now he bought a new iphone.
Now outlook is not accepting my passwords seems like I have forgot it.
After clicking forgot password and giving mail recovery mail. I am entering all of my information and then it says that it will verify the information added and send a link in 24hrs to reset the password.
Its been more than a week now I am not getting any mail to reset my password.
Tried it 3 times until now.
The account is logged in his old mobile which is also an IOS.
Please help it is very important.
Is there any solution to this?..
