keeping folder structure when update from Legacy Outlook

I need to update from an older version of Outlook (Outlook for Mac Version 16.58, Microsoft 365 subscription). When last I looked at updating Outlook, my folder structure was not preserved. 

Is there a way to extract folder information from an .olm file?
