Insert separators between folders
The separators in between each mail really help in identifying and reading the emails. So is there any similar way to add separator line between folders?

I get where you are coming from but unfortunately I don't think we have that option in Outlook as yet.
What you can do is create a new folder with --------------------- and move it to where you want the seperation.
It will give you a similar effect. Create more to do it, but just note that if they are in the same folder, they can't both have the same number of - so in those instances just add or remove a - and visually it will not be impacted.
