My delete button in Outlook 2016 no longer works and it appears as though I don't have permissions for the Trash folder, which contains two subfolders that I can't delete or move. It is an IMAP account and the trash folder exists as deleted items on Outlook.com and works correctly, as well as through Outlook for Mac. I worked with customer support yesterday to no avail. I re-setup the account today and the trash folder reappears, along with the two subfolders. It worked correctly for many years, I'm not sure what has changed, but it is driving me nuts. Any tips or thoughts? Thank you in advance.
