Copy and paste draft emails

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-3114626%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3ECopy%20and%20paste%20draft%20emails%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-3114626%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EWhen%20an%20email%20is%20in%20the%20draft%20folder%20I%20can%20copy%20and%20paste%20it%20no%20problem.%20But%20if%20I%20add%20the%20email%20draft%20to%20a%20sub%20folder%20in%20the%20draft%20folder%20and%20try%20to%20copy%20and%20past%20it%2C%20it%20adds%20it%20into%20a%20conversation%20and%20I%20cannot%20use%20it%20as%20a%20template%20anymore.%20Outlook%20has%20never%20behaved%20like%20this%20in%20the%20past.%20Please%20help.%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E%3CLINGO-LABS%20id%3D%22lingo-labs-3114626%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EOutlook%20for%20Windows%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3C%2FLINGO-LABS%3E
Occasional Visitor
When an email is in the draft folder I can copy and paste it no problem. But if I add the email draft to a sub folder in the draft folder and try to copy and past it, it adds it into a conversation and I cannot use it as a template anymore. Outlook has never behaved like this in the past. Please help.
